According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the e-bike failed to stop at a posted stop sign and struck the passenger side of the southbound pickup truck. One passenger on the e-bike was pronounced dead at the scene, while the other sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
