LAS VEGAS – In a recent announcement, the FBI has raised the cash reward for information leading to the arrest of Oswaldo Nathanael Perez-Sánchez, a Las Vegas man accused of fatally shooting his girlfriend, Tabitha Tozzi, earlier this year. The award has been increased from $10,000 to $30,000, according to an FBI release.
In April, a warrant was issued for the arrest of 27-year-old Perez-Sánchez, charging him with open murder with the use of a deadly weapon, coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or physical force, robbery with the use of a deadly weapon, and grand larceny of a motor vehicle.
According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, the incident occurred on April 22 when Perez-Sánchez allegedly confronted Tozzi in her Las Vegas home, leading to a fatal shooting during an argument. Subsequently, he reportedly carjacked a witness and fled the scene. Tabitha Tozzi passed away on April 24, with the cause of death identified as a gunshot wound to the head.
Perez-Sanchez is described as a “white (Hispanic)” male, weighing 190 pounds, standing at 5’9” with black hair, brown eyes, and chest tattoos. The FBI notes that he may have connections to or may visit Southern California and Mexico.
