Las Vegas, NV – January 18, 2024 – A Clark County grand jury indicted four teenagers Thursday morning in the fatal beating of a Rancho High School classmate in November. Damien Hernandez, 17; Gianni Robinson, 17; Dontral Beaver, 16; and Treavion Randolph, 16, are the only defendants out of eight who were certified out of the juvenile system to face adult charges in the death of 17-year-old Jonathan Lewis.
The indictment marks a significant development in the case that sent shockwaves through the Las Vegas community. The deadly altercation reportedly stemmed from a petty dispute over stolen items. Video footage captured the horrific incident, showing Lewis surrounded and repeatedly kicked and punched by the group. The coroner attributed his death to complications from multiple blunt-force injuries.
Facing Adult Court and High Bail:
All four now face second-degree murder and conspiracy to commit battery charges as adults. Judge [Judge’s Name] set significant bail conditions, including:
- $100,000 cash surety bond
- House arrest if bail is posted
While Hernandez managed to post bail, Beaver, Robinson, and Randolph remained behind bars. Their attorney, Gabriel Grasso, acknowledged the families are struggling to meet the exorbitant bail sums but hinted at a potential release soon.
“They’re having a little bit of a hard time getting the money together, but it looks like they may be able to do it,” Grasso stated to reporters after the court appearances. “That’s why I don’t want to say, ‘Yeah, he’ll be getting out,’ because that’s up to the family getting the money together.”
The grand jury is expected to return their indictment on Friday, formally outlining the specific charges against the teenagers. As the case progresses, the community awaits justice for Lewis and grapples with the tragic consequences of youth violence.

Have "activists" ordered an N-word inquisition in this case yet? Which usually consists of a full, top to bottom N-word life history. And remember, if the N-Word history fits, liberals must acquit!
