LAS VEGAS – Theodore Li, a fugitive wanted by the U.S. Marshal Service, is accused of violating his Federal Felony Probation out of Virginia.

Li was convicted in 2010 of having a gun while dealing drugs and was already prohibited from having a gun as a convicted felon.

He received a nine-year sentence, including five years of supervised release. In 2019, Li was accused of stabbing a nightclub bouncer in the face, kidney, and leg, which led to the violation of his probation.

He has been on the run for over three years and may work as a tattoo artist in East Las Vegas or Henderson.

Li is considered to have violent tendencies, could be armed and dangerous, and has known ties to gangs.

The U.S. Marshals warn the public not to approach him if they see him.
