Henderson, NV – The Henderson Police Department has issued a public advisory as they launch an investigation into deeply disturbing videos circulating on social media, depicting what they have termed “heinous animal abuse.” The community is urged to assist in providing any information or tips related to these concerning videos.
In a social media post, Henderson police expressed their awareness of the alarming videos that have been widely shared on social media platforms. The content of these videos portrays acts of cruelty towards animals that have deeply troubled viewers.
The department revealed that they have already received numerous tips and messages from concerned individuals regarding these videos. This outpouring of community concern underscores the gravity of the situation and the collective desire to see justice served.
A tip through social media, with the sender’s identity kept confidential. The person, identified on an “X” account, claimed to reside in Henderson. It remains unclear whether this individual had any involvement in the abuse of the cats featured in the videos, or if they merely discovered the content and shared it on their account. The origin of the cats and the location of the reported abuse are also yet to be determined.
Several social media accounts with the person’s name on “X” and Instagram have featured the graphic videos in question, which were openly accessible to the public. Additionally, some of these accounts referenced Satan multiple times, with one of them bearing the name “Life and Death—in the name of Satan.”
The Henderson Police Department has pledged to share updates on their social media platforms as the investigation progresses and concludes.
