LAS VEGAS, Nev. (NV, Globe) – Detectives from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department are looking into three distinct occurrences that they believe are linked to a gunshot that occurred early Thursday morning.
According to police, the gunshot occurred shortly before 3 a.m. near Las Vegas Boulevard and Flamingo Circle According to authorities, around a half-hour later, someone called to tell that his brother had been shot between I-15 and Flamingo.
A guy with at least one gunshot wound was taken to Sunrise Hospital around 3:45 a.m.
Only one person is said to have been shot, and he is likely to live.
No more information concerning the investigation was provided.
A collision was also recorded at 3:30 a.m. Metro cops were also observed going around the location with flashlights Thursday morning near I-15 and Flamingo. That collision has not been linked to the current occurrence.
