LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – Following a single-vehicle collision Thursday night, a man was taken to the hospital.
The event occurred at 7:00 p.m. in the east side of town, near Boulder Highway and Lamb Boulevard
According to authorities, a 2001 Kia Sportage was southbound on Lamb Blvd when it collided with a person who was crossing the street outside of an authorized crosswalk.
The pedestrian, 60, was taken to Sunrise Hospital and is still in critical condition.
The Kia driver remained at the site and showed no symptoms of impairment.
The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Crash Investigation Section is still investigating the collision.
