Part of the Pot Revenues Go to Nevada’s Education Fund
LAS VEGAS – After the completion of its fiscal year on September 30th, the Cannabis Compliance Board revealed its annual financial reports.
Retail and medical marijuana outlets combined for $965 million in sales. The Board of Directors observed a decline in sales from the prior fiscal year when sales topped $1 billion.
The Board has announced that $147 million will be allocated to the state education budget.
