LAS VEGAS – The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has announced a delayed opening for the Scenic Drive at Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area on Wednesday morning. The BLM released a statement on Twitter, explaining that flash flooding at Oak Creek has resulted in unsafe driving conditions on the road.

Visitors planning to take the Scenic Drive are advised to exercise caution and follow BLM’s social media channels for updates on the road’s reopening. The BLM has not yet disclosed the estimated time for the Scenic Drive’s reopening.
