Two Men Arrested After Suspicion of Fatally Beating a Man at Henderson

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe)– Two men have been charged for murder after fatally beating a man outside a Henderson shop on Friday night, according to police.

Floyd Epps, 69 years old, and Stephon Epps, 32 years old, are now  at the Henderson Detention Center after being seized on the allegations on Saturday.

As reported by the Henderson Police Department, a man was beaten twice by three individuals near the 1400 block of North Boulder Highway on Friday, firstly at 10:20 p.m. and then beaten again after an hour.

The guy, 62, suffered minor injuries after the initial attack, and police filed a report.

When police returned an hour later after receiving a complaint of the same man being attacked, they discovered him bleeding and laying near the door outside of the same shop. According to authorities, the man was transferred to a nearby hospital and died.
