North Las Vegas, NV – Two women are dead following a shooting in North Las Vegas on Tuesday morning, according to the North Las Vegas Police Department (NLVPD).
The NLVPD received initial reports of shots being heard in the 2000 block of McCarran Street around 6:40 a.m. Responding officers located two women at the scene, one believed to be in her 20s and the other in her 30s, suffering from gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe this is an isolated incident, but a full investigation is currently underway.
The identities of the deceased, along with the cause and manner of death, will be released by the Clark County Coroner’s Office at a later date.
