A Bed, Bath & Beyond in Sparks, Nevada Is One of 150 Stores the Company Plans to Close
Author: Nevada Globe Staff
NEVADA – Bed Bath & Beyond has announced the permanent closure of 150 of its stores. One of these stores is the one in Sparks at 195 Los Altos Parkway.
This comes a month after the company said that several stores would be closing and that 20% of its staff would be laid off.
In the Reno-Sparks area, there are only two Bed, Bath & Beyond stores.
The store says it’s closing stores because its latest numbers for the second quarter of its fiscal year in 2022 show sales were down 26% from the same time in 2021.
The exact timing of the closures is still uncertain, but we will provide updates as they become available.
