Accident Involving a Vehicle and a WCSD School Bus in the North Reno

NEVADA – On Monday afternoon, a car collided with a school bus from the Washoe County School District in north Reno, but luckily no one was hurt.
Reports of the collision surfaced on Monday, August 29, 2022, at around 3:00 p.m., at the junction of Sutro Street and North McCarran Blvd.
An officer who responded to the site told us that a four-door sedan ran a red light and crashed into the bus at the junction.
The bus had three pupils on board when it crashed.
The driver of the four-door sedan is thought to have been under the influence when the accident occurred.
