RENO, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe) – A five-time convicted criminal and his brother were sentenced to ten years in prison for their roles in a fentanyl trafficking conspiracy.
Following his release, Robert Dillon, 46, will serve four years on parole.
According to court filings, Robert and his brother Melvin, along with others, agreed to distribute at least 40 grams of fentanyl.
In July, Robert pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute a controlled substance and possession of a handgun in furtherance of a drug trafficking felony.
Melvin, a nine-time criminal, also pled guilty to conspiracy to distribute a controlled narcotic and was sentenced to more than ten years in prison.
The ATF and the DEA’s Las Vegas District Office investigated the matter.
