NEVADA – A Reno man is being held on various arson-related charges after reportedly setting fire to a residence and a car.
Victor Andrade, 30, was arrested and charged with first- and third-degree arson on Tuesday, December 13.
On December 11, Andrade set fire to an inhabited residence in the 1500 block of West 6th St., then went to Mahon Drive and set fire to his ex-car. girlfriend’s
