NEVADA – On Monday night, a shooting incident took place outside the Southwest Village Apartments in Reno, leaving one person hospitalized. The incident occurred a little before 9:00 p.m. on May 1 and was reported to the Reno Police Department by several witnesses.
Upon arriving at the scene, officers found one person suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was immediately taken to the hospital, and their current condition and injuries are not known at this time.
The suspect responsible for the shooting is still at large, and an investigation is ongoing. However, the Reno Police Department has stated that there is no immediate threat to the public, and no one else was injured in the incident.
Residents in the area have expressed their concern, with many hoping that the perpetrator is quickly apprehended. The incident has also raised questions about safety measures in the apartment complex and surrounding areas.
