NEVADA – Transitioning to a new facility is in the works for the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System.
They have settled into their current Kirman Avenue location.
According to VA officials, they were able to secure the funding for a relocation thanks to the Consolidated Appropriations Act, which was passed by Congress at the conclusion of the previous year.
They haven’t decided yet where the expansion might go.
The VA has promised that after potential sites have been selected, the public would have opportunities to provide input.
