Student Hit by Car Outside George Westergard Elementary School
NEVADA – It was reported by Reno police that a student was hurt after being struck by a car on Friday afternoon at George Westergard Elementary School.
The incident occurred on Friday, October 14, 2022, shortly after 3:00 p.m.
Police in Reno says the motorist veered off the road and hit the student.
Non-life-threatening injuries were sustained by the student. Therefore he or she was sent to the hospital.
The motorist remained at the site and is currently helping authorities.
Here, we don’t think impairment is a factor.
