LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – Two Las Vegas Valley off-Strip restaurants have gained national prominence after being named to a national list of the best places to dine in the country.
According to a news release, the internet platform Yelp revealed its annual list of the Top 100 restaurants in the United States on Wednesday.
The top spot on the list is taken by a Hawaiian-Korean eatery in Southern California. Broken Mouth in Los Angeles has a five-star rating and over 1,300 reviews on Yelp. Broken Mouth provides “comfort food dishes like spam musubi, a seaweed-wrapped spam dish on purple rice, and meat jun, a traditional fried beef dish that Yelpers say reminds them of home,” according to the platform.
According to Yelp, California grabbed the most slots on the list with 28 restaurant mentions.
Nevada, of course, was represented on the list, with numerous eateries in Las Vegas and Reno receiving honors.
Zenaida’s Cafe in Las Vegas was ranked #24 on the list by Yelp.
The address is 3430 E. Zenaida’s Cafe, located at Tropicana Avenue, Suite 32, is a “family-owned, non-chain restaurant providing American Cuisine with a fine dining twist and servings made to be shared,” according to Yelp.
The Bao Spot, the second Las Vegas restaurant to reach the list, was ranked #60.
The address is 7320 S. According to Yelp, The Bao Spot is a “Asian-fusion restaurant focused on unique bao, excellent ingredients, and top-notch presentation” at Rainbow Boulevard, Suite 107.
Reno had many eateries grab positions on the list, so it wasn’t only Sin City that had a presence on the list.
Arario Midtown was ranked 19th, Rice Box Kitchen was ranked 33rd, and La Condesa Eatery was ranked 45th.
