LAS VEGAS – While major airlines struggle to rebook holiday travelers, some smaller businesses are stepping in to assist thousands of stranded customers in Las Vegas and around the country.
“Our hearts go out to those who are currently stranded. “I think that no matter who you’re with when you have to cancel a flight and can’t see your friends and family, you die a little bit inside,” JSX CEO Alex Wilcox said.
JSX is a private airline that operates in the United States and Mexico. It owns a total of 77 planes.
Wilcox claims that additional flights have been added to meet present demand.
“We only recently added flights for tomorrow. There are numerous flights to southern California and Burbank. Denver and Boulder have been added. To SoCal, Vegas, and Phoenix. We’ve also added flights from Dallas to Boulder. “We’re doing everything we can to get the planes we have in service so we can serve folks,” he said.
Flights to and from Las Vegas are completely sold out for the next few days.
“There is a solution; I believe you need to simplify our business; some have grown too large to manage,” he continued. “They need to find a way out.”
He claims that the most common issue is people’s inability to locate their luggage. He suggests packing a trackable tag in your suitcase before departing.
