All Lanes Are Closed After a Chase and Crash in North Las Vegas
LAS VEGAS – According to police, a vehicle chase that ended in a crash at a North Las Vegas crossroads has closed all lanes.
A patrol officer noticed a car involved in a previous heist near Washington Avenue and MLK Boulevard, according to Metro police. The officer initiated a motor pursuit, and the car attempted to flee.
The suspect car fled north at great speed, crashing at Cheyenne Avenue and North 5th Street in North Las Vegas.
According to authorities, several individuals fled the vehicle and were eventually apprehended. Minor injuries were sustained by those involved in the crash.
All eastbound lanes are closed between Cheyenne Avenue and North 5th Street.
