A vehicle traveling at an estimated 90 mph veered off course and plowed through a brick wall at Dino’s Lounge, a longstanding bar on South Las Vegas Boulevard near Wyoming Avenue on the morning of Monday, August 4, 2025. The crash occurred just after 6:30 a.m., prompting emergency crews to respond to the scene.

The driver, a woman who was taken to a nearby hospital, sustained non-life-threatening injuries, according to police. Two passengers in front were also hospitalized. Two occupants in the backseat fled the scene before authorities arrived.

Damage to Dino’s was significant: exterior walls were breached, interior ceiling panels sagged, and the floor showed signs of minor flooding. Fortunately, none of the bar’s employees on duty at the time were injured.

City inspectors determined the building remains structurally sound. Power had been disconnected for safety, but repair work began promptly. Dino’s owner, Kristen Bartolo, said she hopes the lounge will reopen within four to five days.

Metro Police noted that impairment may have been a factor, though no arrests had been confirmed at the time of reporting. The investigation into the crash continues.
