Las Vegas, NV – A giant, 10-foot, 700-pound mascot named Mr. Deeds has been stolen from The Good Deed Project, a nonprofit organization located near Eastern Avenue and Sunset Road.

Surveillance footage captured the theft, showing two individuals using a trailer to haul Mr. Deeds away early Tuesday morning. The mascot, a beloved symbol of the organization, was secured to a pooch pad and tied to a tree.

The Good Deed Project, which assists families in need with home renovations and other essential services, acquired Mr. Deeds as a donation approximately three years ago. The organization’s executive director, Mandy Telleria, expressed disappointment over the theft, stating that Mr. Deeds was a source of joy and inspiration for the community.

The nonprofit is urging anyone with information about the theft to contact them at 702-518-1555. They are hopeful that Mr. Deeds will be returned safely, as replacing him would be a significant financial burden.

The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the incident.
