LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – The Henderson Police Department is getting set to start construction on a new wing.
The opening of a new forensic laboratory was announced by the Henderson Police Department (HPD) for the following year.
The $23 million initiative intends to provide the department access to cutting-edge technology and position it at the forefront of innovation.
The 20,000 square foot City of Henderson Forensic Laboratory will include three independent labs for latent prints, toxicology, and controlled drugs.
One Green Globes is the predicted rating for the project’s sustainability efforts.
The building will open next to HPD’s North Police Substation at 281 E. in the middle of 2024. Sunset Highway
