LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – Lake Las Vegas is getting ready for Christmas after holding a number of festive activities over the weekend.
Saturday night was the resort’s annual Christmas Golf Cart Parade, in which Lake Las Vegas residents and community partners displayed their best decorated carts around The Village.
Live music by America’s Got Talent candidate Kendra Daniels, Christmas freebies, and complimentary hot chocolate from The Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory were also provided to guests.
Prior to the parade, the resort hosted its first Raise a Glass cocktail tasting, where visitors 21 and over were treated to a variety of festive beverages while helping the Las Vegas Rescue Mission.
The resort’s Ugly Sweater Contest will take place on Friday, December 16, while the traditional New Years Eve firework extravaganza will take place on Saturday, December 31.
