LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – After a gunshot during a parking conflict that left one guy dead, a man is now being charged with open murder.
Robert Salone, 40, is charged with fleeing the scene of the fatal gunshot on October 18.
It happened at Nellis and Tropicana Avenues in the 5200 block of Tipper Avenue.
The victim, Christopher Allen, 34, was embroiled in a verbal disagreement with his neighbor about parking. During the argument, the victim’s neighbor allegedly pulled out a pistol and threatened to shoot him.
Allen had been working on his automobile before to the dispute. Following the fatal shooting, Allen’s girlfriend, Stacie Owens.
Owens speculated that Allen’s automobile may have been obstructing a neighbor’s driveway before the shooting while he and another neighbor worked on it.
Salone was detained and put into the Clark County Detention Center on Nov. 22 for open murder with a dangerous weapon, according to a police release.
