The incident occurred around 3:47 a.m. at a complex located in the 5300 block of Boulder Highway, according to the police.
As of 8 a.m., the suspect involved in the robbery has not yet been located, as stated in a message released to the media by the LVMPD.
Officers and detectives remain at the scene, actively investigating the incident to gather more information.
