The Henderson Police Department has confirmed that a body discovered in the desert on Sunday is that of 17-year-old Jennaleah “Jenna” Hin, who had been reported missing and endangered on December 30, 2024. The discovery was made near Desert Sunflower Circle and Spanish Needle Street, a short distance from Horizon Ridge Parkway.
Authorities responded to the scene at 10:42 a.m. and found a deceased female matching Hin’s description. Preliminary investigations revealed no immediate signs of foul play, though the Clark County Coroner’s Office is still determining the exact cause and manner of death.
