However, many participants reported significant disappointments. Some guests were instructed to remain in their rooms awaiting a “mystery arrival,” only to receive a box of chocolates and clearance merchandise instead of the anticipated exclusive items. Additionally, promised activities such as meet-and-greets and mini-games did not materialize, leading to frustration among attendees.
Resorts World Las Vegas attempted to address complaints by offering $50 food and beverage vouchers, but many felt this was insufficient. In response to the backlash, YouTuber MrBeast acknowledged the shortcomings and offered affected attendees a tour of his studio.
