LAS VEGAS – Las Vegas police are investigating a fatal pedestrian-vehicle collision in the Las Vegas Valley’s Historic Westside section.
The collision happened just after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday night near the intersection of Balzar Avenue and North Martin Luther King Boulevard, according to police.
According to a Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department representative, the driver remained on the site and is participating with the investigation. Officers believe there was no impairment.
MLK remains closed between Balzar and Hassell Avenues.
This is the second fatal pedestrian accident in the Las Vegas Valley on Tuesday.
