LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – The only survivor of a fatal collision in North Las Vegas that left nine people dead last year is now planning an event to remember the deceased on their anniversary.
On January 29, a tree-dedication ceremony will be conducted at Craig Ranch Regional Park to honor the nine people who died in the incident last year.
The collision that claimed the lives of a family in a Toyota Sienna and two adults in a Dodge Challenger happened exactly one year ago on Sunday.
The gathering will reportedly be organized by Tiffani May Noel, who was injured critically while driving through the junction, and include Pamela Goynes-Brown, the mayor of North Las Vegas, and Isaac Barron, a councilman from that city.
The gathering starts at 11 a.m., and everyone in the neighborhood is welcome.
