In the early hours of Tuesday morning, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police responded to a homicide scene in the 1500 block of Sandhill Road, where two individuals were found deceased.
Authorities have confirmed that there are no suspects outstanding, suggesting that the incident may have been self-contained.
Homicide detectives are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the deaths.
