LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe)- According to Las Vegas police, a Verizon Wireless issue that prohibited 911 calls has been rectified.
At 2:35 a.m., the LVMPD issued a notification claiming that the outage prevented Verizon users from contacting 911
By 5:37 a.m., the problem had been rectified and Verizon subscribers can now dial 911 in an emergency.
According to the agency, no other cellular networks are affected.
