Authorities are offering a substantial reward for information leading to the arrest of Mario Guadalupe Vasquez, a fugitive wanted out of Solano County, southwest of Sacramento. The FBI has announced that Vasquez, 31 years old, is charged in connection with the 2013 deadly killing of another man during an armed robbery in Fairfield.
According to the FBI, Vasquez fled to evade prosecution after an arrest warrant was issued against him in 2022. Investigators believe he may have fled to Jalisco, Mexico, but his whereabouts remain unknown.
Vasquez is described as approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
In an effort to bring Vasquez to justice, authorities are urging anyone with information on his possible location to contact their local FBI office. A reward of $25,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.
