Young Victim Injured in Northeast Valley Shooting; Investigation Underway

Las Vegas police are actively searching for a suspect following a shooting in which a juvenile was injured on Tuesday afternoon in the northeast valley. Officers responded around 2:13 p.m. to the intersection of East Bonanza Road and North Sandhill Road. The male juvenile victim was transported to University Medical Center with injuries that were described as non-life-threatening. Authorities have not released additional details as the investigation continues.
