56 Pounds of Suspected Fentanyl With a Street Value of $3.6 Million Were Found

NEVADA – The Nevada State Police are devoted to keeping harmful drugs out of Nevada. Early this month, a Nevada State Trooper stopped a vehicle for an equipment violation on US-93 in White Pine County, 20 miles north of Ely.
During the stop, the Trooper noticed suspected illegal activity and asked to search the vehicle. The driver agreed. The Nevada Department of Wildlife Game Warden helped the Trooper.
56 pounds of suspected Fentanyl with a street value of $3.6 million were found. The suspect was detained for drug-related crimes.
