LAS VEGAS, Nev. (775 Times, NV Globe) – The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department announced Wednesday that an undercover internet investigation targeting persons seeking sex with children resulted in 18 arrests.
Detectives posed as minors online, and the suspects were detained on December 1 and 2 after attempting to meet up with them, according to Las Vegas Metro.
According to the Las Vegas Metro, the accusations included enticing a kid with a computer to participate in sexual conduct and attempting sexual assault on a victim under the age of 14.
