NEVADA – Despite the poor air quality and hazy sky, the Reno-Tahoe International Airport remains open and operating normally.
A representative for the airport stated that airlines and pilots in command make all decisions about flight cancellations, delays, and diversions with safety as their primary priority.
As of Wednesday morning, the airport’s arrivals and departures were unaffected by the smoke.
