The Deadly Crash on Oct. 29 East of Tonopah Was Caused by Exhaustion
NEVADA- The Nevada State Police report that one individual was killed in a collision east of Tonopah.
Their early investigation revealed that on October 29, a silver Toyota truck going east on US-6 crossed the centerline, entered the westbound travel lane, and drove off the left side of the road due to exhaustion.
Then, the driver overcorrected to the right, leading the vehicle to collide with a reflective marker post. The vehicle then reentered the road and rolled over.
Levi Woodhouse, age 41, of Ridgecrest, California, was unrestrained and ejected from the wrecked truck. His injuries proved fatal, and he was pronounced dead on the spot.
