Washoe County, NV – Andrew Napolitano, 46, has been adjudicated as a habitual criminal for the second time after committing new crimes while on parole.

Napolitano was sentenced to more than 12 years in prison on February 20, 2024, after pleading guilty to burglary of a business and possession of a controlled substance. This brings his total number of felony convictions to over ten. His past convictions include robbery with a deadly weapon, burglary while in possession of a firearm, and grand larceny.

The most recent case began in April 2023 when detectives with the Northern Nevada Repeat Offender Program (ROP) arrested Napolitano for burglarizing a local fast-food restaurant. During his arrest, authorities found over 5 grams of methamphetamine, a fake ID, and a stolen permit in his possession.

Napolitano had been paroled for a prior burglary conviction before committing this new crime. His parole was revoked, and he will be required to serve the remainder of his original 15-year sentence before beginning his new habitual criminal sentence, which starts in November 2025.
