LAS VEGAS- A new hotel is being planned to be built directly south of Allegiant Stadium.
According to the company’s website, the project is called “Nuance Las Vegas Hotel & Spa at Allegiant Stadium.” It would be constructed at the intersection of Polaris and Quail avenues.
It is billed as a full-service hotel and spa that will serve as a destination location for guests who want to be close to the stadium while “seeking a respite from the throngs and debauchery.”
According to New Angle’s website, “The location and property are intended to fulfill and exploit the lack of any existing non-gaming, non-smoking, full-service, boutique-sized properties providing an alternative experience to the typical massive Las Vegas hotel casino offerings,”
According to plans filed with Clark County, the hotel would be 19 floors tall with 340 rooms, as well as a restaurant, day spa, ballroom, and convention hall. The rooftop bar with kitchen and outside deck would also be located on the 19th floor.
A parking garage with 521 spots would occupy four of the bottom stories.
The idea is likely to be discussed by Clark County commissioners at their meeting on October 4.
