Las Vegas, NV – In-N-Out Burger is set to open a new location on the Las Vegas Strip, adding to its growing presence in the city. The popular burger chain will be one of the anchor tenants at The BLVD, a new mixed-use development project located at 3755 S. Las Vegas Blvd.
The new In-N-Out will occupy 8,020 square feet of indoor space and an additional 2,500 square feet of outdoor patio space on the third floor of The BLVD. This will be the second In-N-Out location on the Strip, with the first one situated in the Linq Promenade.
While construction on the new location has not yet begun, In-N-Out officials estimate that it will take approximately eight to nine months to complete the project.
The BLVD is a highly anticipated development that will feature a variety of retail, entertainment, and dining options. Other notable tenants include Puma, H&M, and Adidas.
There is currently no official opening date for either the In-N-Out Burger or The BLVD.
