LAS VEGAS – The Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee revealed the initiation of its volunteer program, Team Las Vegas, as stated in a press release on Friday, May 19.
Over the course of the next few months until August 23, the Host Committee aims to recruit more than 7,000 individuals who will serve as ambassadors for Las Vegas in the lead-up to Super Bowl LVIII. Their responsibilities will include greeting visitors, guiding fans, providing event details, and more.
Trevor Bobb, Senior Vice President of Volunteer Operations at the Las Vegas Super Bowl LVIII Host Committee, emphasized that becoming a volunteer and joining Team LV allows Southern Nevada residents to play a significant role in the success of Las Vegas’ first-ever Super Bowl, marking a historic milestone.
According to the press release, volunteers will play a crucial part in shaping and enhancing the Super Bowl experience for countless individuals from around the world.
Bobb expressed confidence in Las Vegas’ ability to host and create memorable, inclusive experiences, stating that no other city is better equipped for the task.
Interested individuals can apply to join Team Las Vegas until August 2023 by registering online. To be eligible, volunteers must be at least 18 years old and undergo a formal application process, which includes a background check.
It’s important to note that volunteers will not receive tickets to Super Bowl LVIII.
