LAS VEGAS – The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) encountered a connectivity issue on Friday, leading to the temporary suspension of issuing driver’s licenses, instruction permits, and identification cards.
The problem, which affected all DMV offices, disrupted the department’s ability to process and provide these essential identification documents to individuals. The Nevada DMV took to Twitter to inform the public about the issue and stated that there is currently no estimated time for when the service will be restored.
Residents are advised to stay updated with further announcements from the Nevada DMV regarding the resolution of the connectivity problem.
