Penny was discovered by Animal Protection Services and transported to the Animal Foundation for care.
Mange is caused by minute mites that irritate the skin. Penny has responded well to her therapy at the Animal Foundation so far, but she still has a long way to go.
The Animal Foundation is seeking donations to assist Penny in her recovery.
