A Shutdown of the 215 Beltway in the Centennial Bowl

LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – You won’t have much choice but to avoid the area where the 95 merges with the northern 215 beltway tomorrow night and Wednesday morning.
As the Nevada Department of Transportation works to complete the massive Centennial Bowl project by 2024, both directions of the 215 from Durango to Jones will be closed beginning around 7:30 p.m. Tuesday/tomorrow night.
The closure also affects two nearby ramps: the northbound US95 ramp and the westbound 215 ramp, as well as the Skypointe Drive ramp.
Because the eastbound lanes of 215 will be shifting as part of the construction of a new bridge in the area, that last part will remain after the beltway reopens at 5 a.m. Wednesday.
Visit the Nevada Department of Transportation’s website for information on all aspects of the Centennial Bowl project.
Please buckle up, drive cautiously, and put down your phone.
