A Woman Was Stabbed to Death Near Flamingo, Maryland Parkway

LAS VEGAS- According to Las Vegas police, a woman was stabbed to death near the UNLV campus Tuesday morning.
Lt. Jason Johansson said in an email that the incident happened in the 3900 block of Algonquin Drive, near Flamingo Road and Maryland Parkway.
According to Las Vegas police, officers were dispatched to the area after a woman was discovered motionless on a sidewalk.
They discovered the woman, who had obvious stab wounds, and she was pronounced dead at the site.
The investigation is ongoing, and authorities have not identified a suspect.
