LAS VEGAS, Nev. (702 Times, NV Globe) – Following a fatal pedestrian accident on Tuesday morning, Sahara Avenue is now blocked to vehicles.
Just after 4 a.m., the collision was reported. It has led to Sahara being shut down between Market Street and Commercial Center Drive just east of Maryland Parkway.
The pedestrian was taken to a hospital where they were given the official death certificate, according to Las Vegas Metropolitan police. A car that has been turned on its side is there, and there is a felled tree in the median.
There are fatality investigators on the site.
