Police Investigate Crash Involving Plane And Car In Nevada

NEVADA – According to Nevada State Police, a plane crash involving a car occurred on US 395 in Lee Canyon around 9:40 a.m. on January 7, 2023.
The plane, a Da20 2-seater, was forced to land owing to a mechanical breakdown.
The Nissan SUV’s windshield collided with the jet’s right wing when the plane touched down on the highway’s left shoulder.
The car’s driver and both plane’s passengers were transferred to UMC Trauma for non-life-threatening injuries.
One southbound traffic lane is now open while Troopers investigate.
