Plans for a new apartment development by Elon Musk’s Boring Company in the Las Vegas Valley have been officially approved by Clark County officials. The project, known as the Loop Apartments, is set to rise near Flamingo Road and Paradise Road.
The six-story complex will feature residential amenities such as a swimming pool, fitness facilities, workspaces, a game room, and a bodega-style restaurant and bar. A key component of the design includes a loop transit station located on the first level, with underground access provided by two ramps.
According to the company, the goal is to create a space where residents can live, work, and socialize, while also directly connecting to the existing Boring Company loop system for transportation. The county commission voted unanimously in favor of the proposal.
